Scott Passerini

Raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Scott's experiences were gained working in the family business, where he learned not only the technical skills of the trade but also the values of hard work, integrity, and perseverance in a supportive and encouraging environment.

For more than 35 years, Scott has built upon those early lessons to establish himself as a respected construction professional and business leader. He founded Passerini Construction in the year 2000, a company that, under his leadership, has successfully completed construction projects valued in the millions of dollars throughout Eastern Pennsylvania.

Scott remains deeply passionate about the construction industry and recognizes the important role that family, friends, mentors, and the community have played in his success. The hands-on training and confidence he gained in an environment enabled him to step onto his first job site with purpose and eventually pursue his dream of owning and operating his own company.

Today, Scott is widely recognized throughout Bucks County and the surrounding counties as a leader in the construction industry and a dedicated community advocate. His commitment to service extends beyond business through his involvement in several organizations, including Motocross for Christ (Director), BC Motocross (Director), and CTS (Owner/Operator). Through these efforts, Scott strives to help individuals interested in the construction trades gain the practical skills, familiarity, and confidence needed to pursue meaningful employment opportunities.

Scott is also an active leader within his local community. He has served as an outside Public Works Consultant for Local Municipalities and Engineering firms, assisting with a variety of municipal infrastructure and public works projects. His willingness to share his expertise reflects his ongoing commitment to improving the communities in which he lives and works.

When not managing his business ventures, Scott enjoys people. He leads a faith-based motocross programs, and mentoring both youth and adults in matters of faith, personal growth, and leadership. He and his family reside in Upper Bucks County, where they continue to make community service a priority. Despite the demands of their professional endeavors, the Passerini family remains committed to giving back and looks forward to many more years of service, growth, and prosperity in the community they proudly call home.
